Learning Assistant for SEND Students

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Assistant to work with students who require additional support due to special educational needs.

Your role will involve providing one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent and previous experience working in education.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £400-£470 per week, paid weekly through PAYE. You will also have access to our SEND Toolkit skills development and funded formal qualifications from Level 2 SEND to Level 5 TEFL.

As a Learning Assistant, you will be working in a dynamic learning environment that focuses on delivering high-quality education to our students. Our aim is to create a vibrant space where students feel safe and welcomed.

Key requirements include:

  • A Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with SEN students
  • Previous experience working in education
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
