Education Specialist for SEND Students

About the Role
Axcis Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN school administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with special educational needs and disabilities in a primary school setting.

Main Job Responsibilities- Supporting Students: Provide tailored support to students in classroom settings, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Assist in developing and implementing IEPs, ensuring each student receives the necessary support to succeed.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements
- A strong background in working with children with SEND in a school or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach, with a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
