Learning Support Assistant for Challenging Students

**Job Overview:** TeacherActive is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to work in SEMH/SEND schools based in Birmingham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs and mental health requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one support to students
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
