Teaching Assistant Role in Birmingham

**Daily Rate:** £95 - £105

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the role of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a school located in the heart of Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for education to contribute to the development and growth of students, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist Teachers: Provide classroom support, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Develop Student Plans: Assist in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Small Group Interventions: Offer one-on-one and small group interventions to help students overcome barriers to learning, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
  • A proactive individual with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working in educational settings.
  • Someone who is adaptable, patient, and resilient, ready to tackle challenges and support students with varying needs.
  • A team player able to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students.
