Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Cadbury College. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on developing trusting relationships with students, using strong behaviour management skills to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Administrative tasks will also be a significant part of your role, requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Current skills at L2 in Literacy, Language and Numeracy
- Minimum Level 3 subject qualification
- PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification (desirable)
