We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a reputable Primary School in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their educational journey.



Job Role:


  • Provide tailored support to children in the classroom, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Motivate and support children of different abilities, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage behaviours, helping children to engage with lessons and develop essential life skills.
  • Record progress of children and report back to the class teacher, ensuring that their needs are met and their achievements are recognized.
