Education Assistant for SEMH Students

We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to work in a SEMH School catering for students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional mental health. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children or adults within a school or care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with complex needs and social, emotional mental health
  • Work closely with the class teacher and other TAs to develop strategies to support students
