We are currently recruiting for a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our SEMH school. This role requires an individual who can manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.

If you have experience as an ex-prison officer or in a similarly challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities">
  • Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and procedures.
  • Student Behaviour Support: Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.
  • Classroom Assistance: Work closely with teachers to support the learning and engagement of students in lessons.

The estimated salary for this role is £85 per hour (£84-£95 per day).
