Medical Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join our team at Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work closely with experienced Consultants, gaining valuable experience in various sub-specialties within Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
This is a middle-grade rota position, requiring a 1 in 8 on-call commitment for O&G. The ideal candidate will be GMC registered with a Full Licence to Practice.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical and non-clinical work in the middle grade in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of Obstetrics and Gynaecology patients.
- Active participation in departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and Audit.
- Attending relevant meetings as required.
- Fulfilling weekly timetables, including any out-of-hours responsibilities where applicable.
We require:
- GMC Registration with a Full Licence to Practice.
- MRCOG Part 2 and 3.
This role offers:
- A competitive salary estimated at £77,000 - £110,150 per annum, depending on experience.
