About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community teams. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Your expertise in medication administration and patient care will be essential in delivering exceptional healthcare services to those in need.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional support to individuals and their families.
  • Providing enthusiastic and compassionate care, to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Being motivated and recognizing the importance of your role in supporting a client with complex care needs.
  • Being willing and eager to complete additional training, upskill, coach and mentor yourself.
  • Comfortably assisting clients with limited mobility.
  • Providing practical support for individuals, such as helping with household tasks, personal care, taking to appointments.
  • Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual.
  • Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns.
  • Able to work on a rolling rota basis and being part of a team of core carers/support workers around the individual, working collaboratively with the management team.
