About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kenwyn Care Home, part of Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medication and delivering clinical interventions
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting dignity and respect for all residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
