Product and Business Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to own the product and business management aspect of the Tablet category, for both consumer & commercial, within Lenovo's 4P Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and drive the channel strategy alongside the Consumer & Commercial Sales Directors
- P&L accountability alongside Head of Consumer & Commercial 4P
- Weekly analysis of the market conditions using Lenovo tools and systems, as well as building your own understanding of key drivers
- Engagement with colleagues from the Worldwide and EMEA teams
- Shaping the UK&I product line ups by selecting the right products and configurations from the Global Lenovo product portfolio
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to sell in new product ranges for key customers
- Supporting the Sales Team with input for the Joint Business Plans with customers
- Working closely with the marketing team to maximise promotional investments
- Managing the promotional calendar & budget to drive sell out targets and deliver the best return investment for Lenovo
- A commercial thinker who is passionate about technology
- A creative problem solver who will bring strong ideas and opinions to the table
- Experience of the Consumer Electronics industry either within Category/ Business Management or in a buying role within a retailer or distributor (Accessories & FMCG also considered)
- Experience of managing a P&L
- Able to influence others, including EMEA & local directors, local sales and marketing and teams, customers & partners
- Strong internal and external networking skills
- Confident and flexible presenter
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
