We are currently working with an innovative, family-run private enterprise that are actively seeking a Product Advisor to join their existing team selling care equipment into healthcare facilities and councils. As a Product Advisor you will provide an on-site service to clients whilst developing and growing sales opportunities in the region.

This is predominantly a reactive role where your appointments will centrally be booked for you as well, as having a proactive approach with upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. This role would suit someone with a background in the healthcare industry or someone with a couple of years sales experience keen to develop into more of a field-based consultative sales role. Full product training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide equipment assessments from our client's core range of products and follow up by sending quotations via a CRM system
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, booking on-site assessment visits
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Provide quotations to customers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Proven product advisory/similar experience is highly desirable
  • Sports therapy, occupational therapy / physiotherapy / knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry would be highly beneficial (a graduate will be considered)
  • Strong sales and customer service mindset
  • Practically minded - ability to adjust equipment on-site
  • Competent with MS Outlook and other Office 365 programs
  • Happy for remote field-based role
  • Full drivers license
