Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the product and business management aspect of the Tablet category for both consumer and commercial markets at Lenovo.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and driving the channel strategy alongside the Consumer & Commercial Sales Directors, with P&L accountability alongside the Head of Consumer & Commercial 4P.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the channel strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage the product line up for the UK&I market, selecting the right products and configurations from the Global Lenovo product portfolio
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to sell in new product ranges for key customers
- Support the Sales Team with input for the Joint Business Plans with customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximise promotional investments
- Manage the promotional calendar & budget to drive sell out targets and deliver the best return investment for Lenovo
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, with experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, either in Category/Business Management or in a buying role within a retailer or distributor. They will also have experience of managing a P&L, with strong internal and external networking skills, and the ability to influence others.
