Product and Business Management Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to join the Lenovo 4P Team and take ownership of the product and business management aspect of the Tablet category, covering both consumer and commercial segments.
The role of the 4P in Lenovo is pivotal to the company's success. As a member of a small team, each individual's contribution is crucial to delivering business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive channel strategies in collaboration with Consumer & Commercial Sales Directors
- Manage P&L alongside the Head of Consumer & Commercial 4P
- Analyze market conditions using Lenovo tools and systems, and build a deep understanding of key drivers
- Engage with colleagues from the Worldwide and EMEA teams
- Shape the UK&I product lineups by selecting the right products and configurations from the Global Lenovo product portfolio
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to sell new product ranges to key customers
- Support the Sales Team with input for Joint Business Plans with customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize promotional investments
- Manage the promotional calendar and budget to drive sell-out targets and deliver the best return on investment for Lenovo
Requirements:
- A commercial thinker passionate about technology
- A creative problem solver with strong ideas and opinions
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, either in Category/Business Management or in a buying role within a retailer or distributor (Accessories & FMCG also considered)
- Experience managing a P&L
- Able to influence others, including EMEA & local directors, local sales and marketing teams, customers, and partners
- Strong internal and external networking skills
- Confident and flexible presenter
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
