Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Lenovo 4P Team as a Product and Business Manager for the Tablet category, covering both consumer and commercial segments. As a pivotal role in the success of the business, you will contribute to delivering our business plans and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and drive the channel strategy alongside the Consumer & Commercial Sales Directors
  • Manage P&L accountability alongside the Head of Consumer & Commercial 4P
  • Analyze market conditions using Lenovo tools and systems, and build your own understanding of key drivers
  • Engage with colleagues from the Worldwide and EMEA teams
  • Shape the UK&I product line-ups by selecting the right products and configurations from the Global Lenovo product portfolio
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to sell in new product ranges for key customers
  • Support the Sales Team with input for Joint Business Plans with customers
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maximize promotional investments
Requirements
  • A commercial thinker passionate about technology
  • A creative problem solver with strong ideas and opinions
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry, either in Category/Business Management or in a buying role within a retailer or distributor (Accessories & FMCG also considered)
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Able to influence others, including EMEA & local directors, local sales and marketing teams, customers & partners
  • Strong internal and external networking skills
  • Confident and flexible presenter
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
