HR Advisor Role
Bridge Recruitment UK Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team at their manufacturing site. The successful candidate will provide HR guidance to the production team and be responsible for various HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR advice and guidance on various activities.
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job adverts, screening candidates, and interviewing.
- Arrange new starter inductions and set up employees on payroll.
- Finding and arranging training courses and maintaining training records.
- Ensure employees on work visas renew their visas in a timely fashion.
- Organise company social events.
- Complete exit interviews and report any issues to the department manager or HR manager.
- Deal with employee issues on iHCM.
- Promote learning and development and ensure compliance with CSR targets.
- Build a rapport with employees to encourage them to come to HR with any problems.
- Degree in HRM or related subject.
- Must be fully flexible and travel to other sites when required.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to join a dynamic team.
