The Role

We are seeking a Resourcer/Co-ordinator to support our recruitment efforts across the North of England. This role is predominantly phone-based and focuses on ensuring that CDM maintains its reputation for delivering a top-tier experience to both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Advert Management: Creating and managing job advertisements, and handling responses.
* Candidate Management: Regularly contacting and maintaining relationships with candidates and potential candidates.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conducting initial candidate screenings, vetting, and interviews.
* Research: Performing project and company research to support recruitment efforts.
* Data Management: Organizing and managing candidate information and data using spreadsheets.

Requirements

* Energetic and highly organized individual
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using spreadsheets and other software

Benefits

* Competitive Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
