Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled Residential Support Worker to join our team in Soham, Cambridgeshire.
Salary: Unqualified: £27,431.04 rising to £28,326.48 per annum on successful completion of probation period; Qualified: £28,959.84 per annum.
The role involves working 12 hour shifts from 20:00pm-8:00am and requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to residents with daily living tasks
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Encouraging socialization and engagement among residents
Requirements:
- Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
