We are seeking a Residential Care Leader to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing our residential services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and making decisions that align with our organization's values.

The successful candidate will have experience managing budgets and financial systems, as well as a proven track record of developing teams and managing performance. A strong commitment to person-centred independence-building services is essential, and a QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. We offer a competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum, 38 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including group life assurance, eye voucher scheme, and company pension.
