An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Care Team Leader to work in an exceptional care home based in the UK. You will be working with one of the country's leading healthcare providers, Jupiter Recruitment.

**To be considered for this position, you must hold NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.**

As a Senior Care Assistant your key duties include:

  • Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager
  • Leading, facilitating, and participating in staff meetings, training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities
  • Administering medication, carrying out assessments, and creating care plans

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Previous experience in providing care at a similar level
  • Familiarity and experience in safely administering medication
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care to residents
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine desire to work in the care sector
