We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Soham, Cambridgeshire. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing 24/7 care to children and young people in our residential homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, social, and emotional well-being of each child during nighttime shifts. You will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly and empathetically with children, and maintain accurate records of their progress.
We offer a salary of £27,431.04 rising to £28,326.48 per annum on successful completion of probation, plus benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development. Requirements:
- Experience in childcare or a related field
