Residential Support Worker

Area Camden is a leading provider of residential care services for children and young people. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Waking Night Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team in Soham, Cambridgeshire.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of each child during nighttime shifts, providing person-centred support and activities, and maintaining accurate records. If you have a passion for working with vulnerable populations and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare or a related field, with a strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. You will be required to work as part of a team, demonstrate energy and enthusiasm, and maintain Area Camden's high standards of care.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,431.04 rising to £28,326.48 per annum on successful completion of probation, plus benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
