About Our Role

We are currently seeking a Home Care Support Worker to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Summary

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting clients with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Manage client medication and ensure timely administration
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as needed.
