About the Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker at Area Camden, you will play a vital role in providing 24/7 care to children and young people in our residential homes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, social, and emotional well-being of each child during nighttime shifts.

You will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly and empathetically with children, and maintain accurate records of their progress. Experience in childcare or a related field is essential, as is a strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
