We're seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Liaison Specialist to join our team at MiHomecare Limited. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Job Overview

As a Healthcare Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our clients. You will work closely with our care workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services to clients
  • Work closely with care workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:

  • 22 days' holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays
  • Occupational maternity pay & adoption pay
  • Occupational paternity pay*
  • Death in service payment*
  • Occupational sick pay

*Subject to terms and conditions and qualifying period.
