Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to an individual living in Littleport.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in complex care experience, with a focus on supporting individuals with tracheostomy tubes and other care needs. You will work closely with the individual to develop personalized care plans that promote empowerment and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to the individual, including tracheostomy care and daily living activities
* Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the individual's well-being and safety
* Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
* Maintain confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy at all times
* Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided by the organization
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
* Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support
* Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs
