Female Care Specialist

Bluebird Care is seeking a caring and flexible individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves providing personalized care and support to customers in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity. The successful candidate will be able to work alternate weekends and have a full UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to customers, including showering, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Promote independence and dignity by assisting with daily living tasks and encouraging customers to participate in activities.
- Support customers with medication and provide comfort and companionship.
Requirements
- Caring and flexible individual with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK and satisfactory references.
