Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Residential Children's Manager

Description: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Residential Children's Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a residential children's home and hold an NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures is also essential.

What You'll Get:

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 per year
  • Additional pay for sleep-ins (£4,000 - £8,000)
  • A full-time 39-hour working week
  • A permanent contract
