About the Role

Chase Medical is seeking an experienced Children and Young People's Residential Support Professional to join our team at a residential children’s home in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with knowledge of the children’s home sector, who can promote a happy and positive environment, improve the lives of children, and establish caring relationships.

The ideal candidate will have previous residential childcare experience, a valid driving license, and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare and A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce.

We offer a supportive working environment, a competitive salary of £28,000, and opportunities for career progression, including regular CPD and management training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a happy and positive environment at all times
  • Improve the lives of children and young people in our care
  • Model relationship-based caregiving in all interactions
  • Establish caring, secure relationships with children
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
  • Attend conferences, reviews, and meetings related to young people
