We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Residential Support Professional to work with young people in their teens with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
**Job Title:** Therapeutic Residential Support Professional for Young People
**Estimated Salary:** £20,000 - £22,000 per annum
**Job Description:**
As a Therapeutic Residential Support Professional, you will support young people in a residential setting, promoting their well-being and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage challenging behaviours
- Be a driver with a full UK driving license
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Working within the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and quality standards, you will:
- Update care plans, risk assessments, and complete LAC reports
- Attend professional meetings as required
- Complete key working sessions with the young people
- Plan activities and ensure structure and routine
