About the Role

As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide individualized support to children aged 7 to 17 who reside in our home. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, facilitating therapeutic activities, and collaborating with professionals to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to children, addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities, promoting social, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Document and review care plans, ensuring continuity of care.
