We are currently seeking a highly motivated Children's Senior Support Worker to join our team at TRCGroup. As a senior member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Children's Residential care to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
  • The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and hold a full UK driving licence.

As a Children's Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, including meeting their everyday living needs. You will also act as a positive role model and mentor to colleagues and children, promoting a culture of recovery, growth, and lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including meeting their everyday living needs.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to colleagues and children, promoting best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
  • Develop trusting relationships with children and young people, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
