We are looking for a Therapist for Children and Young People to join our dynamic clinical team at Sutherland House School in Nottingham. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing communication needs and developing effective systems of communication and intervention strategies for students with autism and learning disabilities.

As a key member of the school's on-site therapy team, you will work closely with education colleagues to support the progress and development of students in line with their EHCP. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering evidence-based practice, with expertise in supporting children and young people with autism and learning disabilities. A comprehensive induction program and regular supervision will be provided to ensure your ongoing growth and development.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students.
