We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Sutherland House School in Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with autism and learning disabilities, providing person-centered speech and language therapy support as part of the school's on-site clinical team.

The role involves assessing communication needs, developing systems of communication and programs of intervention, and supporting training in topics associated with learning, communication, and autism. The successful candidate will work closely with education colleagues to support student progress and development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to expand their knowledge and skills in a highly regarded integrated multidisciplinary clinical team.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include CPD opportunities, regular supervision, and annualised hours with flexible working considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing communication needs of students with autism and learning disabilities
