Role Overview

We are seeking a caring and responsible Childcare Supervisor/Play Facilitator to join our team at Farnsfield St Michael's C of E Primary School.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with children aged 4-11 in a supportive environment, promoting positive playtimes and encouraging teamwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising children during the midday break and working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and engaging atmosphere.

Farnsfield St Michael's C of E Primary School is a small village school catering for approximately 280 children, situated in Nottinghamshire. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children during the midday break, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and lead activities that promote positive playtimes, teamwork, and social skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized learning environment.
  • Support the school ethos and values by demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy towards children and colleagues.
Requirements

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position (7.5 hours per week), with opportunities for additional hours in the future. You will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check via the DBS.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £13,500 - £15,000 per annum, depending on experience.
