Deputy Manager Children's Home Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager in one of our homes in Worksop. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing rotas, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Responsibilities:- Supervise staff and support their professional development
- Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of care plans
- Monitor and report on the well-being and progress of young people
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent) and experience of working in children's residential care. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
