Job Title: Lead Children's Services Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our children's residential service in Nottingham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of the home, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a team of staff to provide high-quality care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and become a Registered Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, including managing staff, overseeing operations, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, including managing staff, operations, and resources.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Ofsted and CQC.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Significant experience of working in a children's residential setting, including experience of managing staff and overseeing operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
