Midlands Care Services Ltd seeks an ambitious and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new 4-bed children's home in Burton on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand new home where you can inspire your team and processes.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, with performance-related bonuses of up to £16,000 per year, including OFSTED bonus, occupancy bonus & retention bonus. You will also receive annual increments to holiday entitlement, making this a truly rewarding career move.

About the Role:
This exciting new opportunity involves leading and inspiring your own team at our new children's home in Burton on Trent. With recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level, you will be able to ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models, and a place to call home. Your leadership skills and passion for providing high-quality care are essential for this role.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • A certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or equivalent
  • Recent experience working within the residential sector at a Registered Manager level within a Children's Residential Service
  • A 'Good' or 'Outstanding' grade within your recent OFSTED Inspections
  • Strong management skills and a passion for providing high-quality care
  • A Full UK Manual Driving Licence
