Job Description

Chase Medical seeks an experienced Caregiver for Children in Residential Settings to work in a residential children’s home in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the children’s home sector, be confident and resilient, and have experience working with children and young adults.

The role involves promoting a happy and positive environment, improving the lives of children, and establishing caring relationships. The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurate record-keeping and attending related meetings.

We offer a supportive working environment, a competitive salary of £28,000, and opportunities for career progression, including regular CPD and management training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a happy and positive environment at all times
  • Improve the lives of children and young people in our care
  • Model relationship-based caregiving in all interactions
  • Establish caring, secure relationships with children
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping
  • Attend conferences, reviews, and meetings related to young people
