About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our residential home in Ruddington, Nottingham. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team with directing roles and responsibilities to support workers
  • Monitor children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 1 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements)
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
  • Full UK driving licence
