We are a family-run care provider seeking a Senior Children's Service Manager to lead our new two-bedded home in Nottingham, catering to children with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take on registration and management of the service.
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents.
- To manage staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering effective teamwork.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Requirements:
- A proven track record as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting.
