About the Role:

Keys Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at our Children Residential Home in Nottingham. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team and working with other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading your team and working with other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child.
  • Acting as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
  • Supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home.
  • Overseeing all day-to-day management matters, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home.
  • NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willing to work towards it.
  • Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas.
  • A full driving licence is essential.
