This will involve supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, facilitating care-focused training, and accessing appropriate services to support childcare practices within the home./ppA minimum of 3 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home is required. NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare, or willingness to work towards it, is also essential. Related knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures is necessary, as is experience with budgets and rotas. A full driving licence is also required./ppAs a Deputy Home Manager, you will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people. You will be responsible for delivering quality care services and strategic planning for developments within the home./ppWe offer a competitive salary, with the Real Living Wage as a minimum.
