Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to work with children and young people with complex speech, language, and communication needs at Dawn House School. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality therapy services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each pupil.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of pupils with diverse communication difficulties
  • Conduct assessments, provide differential diagnoses, and design effective therapy programs
  • Collaborate with the team to plan, deliver, and evaluate therapy interventions
  • Provide guidance to colleagues, parents, and external professionals through training and advice
