About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Therapist Specialist to join our Community Eating Disorder Team. As a specialist in systemic psychotherapy, you will work alongside colleagues to provide evidence-based treatment to individuals and families across Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highly specialist systemic psychotherapy services to children, young people, and adults referred to the Community Eating Disorder Service.
  • Ensure direct specialist assessment and therapy for children, young people, and families.
  • Provide family therapy and systemic advice, consultation, and clinical supervision for team members.
  • Undertake clinically relevant research/audit and specific clinical activity or lead roles that support Team Leads in developing the service.

Requirements

  • Masters (MSc) qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy or AFT accredited equivalent.
  • UKCP registration.
  • Relevant practice experience and clinical experience as above.
  • Experience of working with diverse service user groups, including children, young people, and adults with mental health difficulties/diagnoses.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use is required for this post.
