Support Worker for Young Children

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team at Hollywell Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with the Year 1 class to provide support for children with physical and SEND needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support to children with SEND needs
- Assisting with classroom activities and lessons
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a caring approach. Previous experience working with children with SEND needs is highly desirable.
