Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker for Key Stage 1 children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of these students.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality support to Key Stage 1 students with SEND needs, ensuring their individual needs are met and they feel valued and included.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
- To maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among students.
- To communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and progress monitoring.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Prior experience working with children with SEND needs, preferably in an educational setting.
