Therapeutic Care Specialist

We are currently seeking a Therapeutic Care Specialist to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other support workers to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Act as a positive role model, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive environment for colleagues and children alike.
- Meet the everyday living needs of the children, promoting an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in Children's Residential is required.
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
