Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts and research policies

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and good command of English
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
